I want to share the inconvenience I had regarding the product delivery. Purchased on March 8, 2025, and the estimated delivery was set between 31/03 and 6/04, but it was delivered to my home on 23/04. Much more than the set time! The "shipping" times were respected, but the "delivery" times were unnerving (with practically no help from customer support, who insisted that the delivery would meet the original times, which never happened). More than two weeks spent at the departure airport for customs clearance procedures!!! I hope it was just one case out of many.
